Orders and prices
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- A flat TCS delivery charge of Rs 250 is added at checkout.
- Custom orders are quoted on WhatsApp before you commit.
Payment
- Payment is made by Easypaisa. We check every payment by hand before we start or dispatch your order.
- Made-to-order pieces are started only after the advance is received. The balance is paid before dispatch.
- The advance is non-refundable.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
Because every piece is handmade and customisable, we do not accept returns or exchanges and do not give refunds. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan through TCS. See our Shipping & Delivery page for timings.
Handmade differences
Screens and yarn batches vary slightly, and each piece is made by hand, so small differences in colour and size are normal.
